PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING NEW FACILITIES NODO AEROPUERTO ALFONSO BONILLA ARAGON PALMIRA VALLE DEL CAUCA


All tickets to request new facilities have a NORMAL status. The response time is up to 08 hours - the implementation of the solution will take an approximate time of up to 07 days.



  • Login to www.ipatelecom.com
  • Click on the TECHNICAL SUPPORT button.
  • Click on the START SESSION button, here a window opens where you must enter the login data. The username is the registered mail and the password is the one received by mail

  • Once inside the system, the data of the application must be filled in taking into account as much information as possible about the scope of the application.
  • You can attach documents if required in office, PDF or photographs.
  • You must attach the following legal documents: RUT, Legal Representation Certificate, letter from the Legal Representative authorizing the installation, photocopy of the Legal Representative identification document and Aerocali ENABLING document.


TECHNICAL SUPPORT SCHEDULES The system is monitored from 06:00 to 22:00 H, the requests that are made between 22:00 and 06:00 H are in priority queue the next day.
